Well, what a welcome, we had been in contact before. Table booked for us, me the wife and our friend Moreen (who is 95) plus Daisymae our tiny dog. They could not have been more friendly, loads of dogs saying hello to us. Shown to our Table. It was Burger night, but owing to our earlier correspendence we had arrange F&C for Moreen. All went well, Ollie, looked after us, a young man with a wonderful personalitly, nothing to much trouble. Food all OK, especially my amazing burger!! One of the best I've ever had. Ambience super, a really good evening and good value for money.

I cannot explain how good the food is here. Roast is second to none. Cauliflower cheese comes with it as standard - need I say more. Highly recommended

Hi Luke, just to say - many thanks to you and Tracey and the rest of the team for looking after us so well last night. Lovely atmosphere, nice mix of great people in the pub and really good food, beer and wine. Fantastic fires, fresh flowers on tables and very personable, friendly and super caring Landlord and Landlady. All when you have both been under the weather! Happy anniversary - very well done you guys and thank you. Very Best wishes for the future - Peter

Popped in here after a few months of being away. Luke the landlord immediately greeted us which is a nice way to start the evening. Went through to the restaurant and found a completely new menu. Excellent selection of fresh local produce which is always good. The food was delicious and sensible portions. For what we had definitely worth the money.

Great food, staff and pub. Never been before and received a lovely warm welcome from the team. Service was wonderful throughout. We went for Sunday lunch and had one pork, one beef. Both extremely tasty and the finishing touches of the plates being hot, selection of veg which were also exceptionally seasoned and flavoured and also topped off with very tasty gravy did not go unnoticed. On this occasion it is close to where we are staying but we would drive the hour from home to have a Sunday dinner here again and hopefully we'll have room left for pudding next time too!!

Well a friend took me on a twenty minute drive from the centre of Worcester to go for a curry. Which struck me as odd as we we're surrounded by curry houses in walking distance! But he knew what he was doing, we got a lovely welcome from both the staff and the regulars. A lovely pint of HPA and we finished a couple of platefulls of the gorgeous beef rendang curry's. Well worth the trip and thank you.
